Aluminium Clad Copper tube(called ACC tube) can be used in the fields of Air-conditoner,Refrigeration,Heat Exchaner,Solar warter Heater and Water Pipe etc.The our layer of ACC tube is antirust Aluminium Alloy,the inner layer is copper,and the middle layer is the Metallurgy integrated Layer of copper and Aluminium.
The fabrication and process of ACC tube are similar to pure copper tube,and the fabrication capability are the bases of ACC tube being accepted by the market.
On cost performance,with the same length & size,the weight of ACC tube is just the 40% of copper tube,and the low cost helps to users get more market share.
The broken strength of ACC tube of 110-130Mpa,blast pressure of 180 MPa above,the expanding rate of the mouth of 40%-50%,the index of inner face, press flat,curve and anti-leaking all gain the requirement of the ACR tube standard. The rate of tube cut section area is 12%-14%,weight rate is 31-38%,normal specific gravity is 3.45g/cm3.
